There is this questions she gets asked every so often
and sometimes she answers and other times she doesnt
its not that it doesnt matter but she hasn't thought about it in a long time
a time where the clock was crusting over with a weird and strange layer of dead skin and musk
she didn't know where it was from so thats what she told people
she would say" you know I'm not quite sure where I got it"
and people would stare and look and stare and look
and she would back off and let them take in whatever they needed
and she would ask in a smal childs voice" Is that what you needed?"
and they would all answer togather" yes" and they would walk away
in hurried footsteps from a crime scene that they knew had appeared
